About Me

I have studied CranioSacral Therapy (CST) with the Upledger Institute over the last 18 years and serve as a Teaching Assistant at every opportunity.  I also host Study Groups in Longmont, CO for newcomers to CST and enjoy supporting my fellow therapists in their exploration of CST.   I  have a profound respect for the gentle healing touch of CST and the opportunity it provides for healing of body, mind and spirit.

I bring a compassionate and therapeutic presence to my work, encouraging clients to gently come to a place of balance and wholeness.  CST is a process of listening to the subtle messages coming from the bodies tissues which is often a very exciting adventure and this totally rocks my world!
